  • Bottom layer
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Middle layer
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Purity Plant Protein Vanilla Full Spectrum Protein + Probiotic
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • Top layer
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp maple syrup


  1. Combine all bottom layer ingredients together, adding 2 tbsp of mixture into a silicone mini muffin tray.  Mixture should make 10 cups. Place into the freezer for 5-10 minutes
  2. Combine the middle layer. Take a silicone tray from the freezer and top with peanut butter mixture.  Place back into the freezer for 10 minutes
  3. Combine remaining top layer ingredients and spread evenly over the top – you’ll need to move quickly as it will set quickly
  4. Enjoy straight away or store in the freezer until ready to eat.  As these are a raw treat, they are best served straight from the freezer or they will melt at room temperature
