KIWI AND IMMUNITY GREEN PROTEIN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 green apple, cored
  • 1 kiwi, skin removed
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 banana, chopped and frozen

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp buckwheat

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients, except the buckwheat to a high-powered blender, then blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into your favourite cup (I like recycling old pasta jars for my smoothies) and top with the buckwheat.
