- One frozen banana
- ⅓ cup of frozen avocado and kale
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of Full Spectrum Protein + Probiotics
- 2 tsp of Complete Green Immunity
- All ingredients into a high-speed blender
- Whiz together for two minutes until smooth
- Sip mindfully
