MANGO AND PASSIONFRUIT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

This refreshing mango and passionfruit protein smoothie recipe is the perfect go-to Australian summer drink to fuel you for the day.  This delicious recipe by our friend Anna @pepperskitchen.au only takes a few minutes and by incorporating our plant-based Full Spectrum Protein + Probiotic powder, it  contains all the essential vitamins and minerals to keep you fueled for your next training session. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup organic mango, frozen
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 2 tbs Purity Plant Protein Vanilla Full Spectrum Protein + Probiotic
  • 1-2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbs passionfruit pulp

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients except passionfruit to the blender, blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Once the smoothie is nice and smooth, add 2 tbsp of the passionfruit pulp to the bottom of a glass jar, fill with smoothie and top with remaining passionfruit
